Client Responsibilities

Fee Structure
Ricapio operates on a success-based fee model. Specific fee percentages and terms are outlined in individual service agreements. No fees are charged for unsuccessful recovery attempts unless otherwise specified in writing.
Compliance and Ethics
Ricapio operates in full compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. We do not engage in harassment, threats, or any unethical collection practices. Our approach focuses on professional communication and structured escalation processes.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and case details. Information is only shared with authorized parties as necessary for recovery efforts or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Ricapio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the terms specified in the individual agreement. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
